A research team at USF, in partnership with a Maryland company, is on the leading edge of technology that turns windows into solar panels with spray-on technology. Several disadvantages traditionally associated with solar cell technology include limited efficiency and power storage. The National Science Foundation announced today a $1.6 million award to a consortium of three universities to study options for increased efficiency. Read More..
