Arguments against marijuana are often focused on a perception that the herb is a so-called ‘gateway drug’, or a stepping-stone to more severe drug use, seems to lose a bit of steam with new study results. The September issue of the Journal of Health and Social Behavior has an article published by University of New Hampshire that shows the gateway drug fears may be overblown. Here is the full release:
